Ask us a questionYes. Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and a mop. Using your own floor-cleaning equipment helps keep it dedicated to your home or workplace. We bring the other cleaning tools; we’ll agree any product requirements with you before the visit.
Regular cleaning focuses on bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, accessible dusting, vacuuming and mopping. We agree the scope and your priorities before confirming. Bed-making is included at no extra charge. Leave fresh linen ready and we’ll change the bedding too, with our compliments. Fridge and empty cupboard interiors can be prioritised within your chosen hours, with no separate task fee.
Of course. If you have preferred products or surfaces that need particular care, tell us when you enquire. We’ll agree what is suitable before the visit. Please do not include medical information.
Your date is a request. Available arrivals are checked against confirmed visits and travel time. We review your scope, price and timing before confirming the appointment.
You can request weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning. We’ll discuss a workable routine with you. Selecting a frequency does not automatically reserve future dates.
