We are a small, personally delivered service. We agree the rooms, tasks, access window and frequency with you before quoting. Larger premises or work needing a team may be outside our scope.

Office cleaning,
at a sensible scale.

Use $60 per hour, starting at $120 for two hours, as an initial budgeting guide. A compact office with a few work areas, one washroom and kitchenette may start with a 2–3-hour discussion. More washrooms, several rooms or a community space can need longer. These ranges are for one cleaner and are reviewed against your actual scope.

You can select 2–6 whole hours online or ask us to discuss a longer visit. A time suggestion helps planning; it is not a fixed quote for every workplace. Read the workplace-hours guide.

A schedule,
agreed with you.

Arrival requests are Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm. The visit can finish later, depending on the hours agreed. We confirm access, frequency and travel before approving a time. Pay on the day, after the clean, with no surcharges or extra fees. Any requested scope change is agreed first.

Your equipment, dedicated to your space.

Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop. We bring the other cleaning tools and agree product requirements with you before the visit.

Everyday cleaning, thoughtfully done.

We do not offer oven interiors, industrial or clinical cleaning, hazardous clean-ups, work at height, professional carpet extraction or other specialist services. We also do not offer deep cleaning or end-of-lease services.
