A neatly made bed is one of those small details that makes coming home feel better. We make beds and change fresh linen left ready with our compliments. Please allow time for these tasks within your selected hours; laundry and linen supply are not included.
A little extra attention.
Fridge and empty kitchen cupboard interiors can be priorities within your chosen hours, with no separate task fee in this hourly guide. Accessible interior windows can be discussed too. These tasks take time, so we agree what fits or discuss more hours before proceeding.

Regular home visits are $60 per hour for the first 2 hours and $55 per hour for each additional hour. This applies to weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits, including your first visit. One-off home visits are $70 per hour. The minimum visit is 2 hours. All hours are for one cleaner. A regular 2-hour visit is $120; 3 hours is $175; 4 hours is $230. A one-off 2-hour visit is $140. Pay on the day, after the clean, with no surcharges or extra fees. We agree any requested change in hours or scope before proceeding.
Request a weekday arrival between 7 am and 3 pm. We review your chosen time and confirm the details personally. Read how booking and changes work.
Your first visit.
Tell us about any build-up or areas that need particular attention. We’ll agree a realistic maintenance scope before confirming. We do not offer deep cleaning; extensive build-up may be outside our service.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
Yes. Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and a mop. Using your own floor-cleaning equipment helps keep it dedicated to your home or workplace. We bring the other cleaning tools; we’ll agree any product requirements with you before the visit.
What is included in a regular clean?
Regular cleaning focuses on bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, accessible dusting, vacuuming and mopping. We agree the scope and your priorities before confirming. Bed-making is included at no extra charge. Leave fresh linen ready and we’ll change the bedding too, with our compliments. Fridge and empty cupboard interiors can be prioritised within your chosen hours, with no separate task fee.
Can I choose my cleaning products?
Of course. If you have preferred products or surfaces that need particular care, tell us when you enquire. We’ll agree what is suitable before the visit. Please do not include medical information.
