Alquimia welcomes house-cleaning and small-workplace enquiries in Hawthorn, with visits planned from our Toorak base. One cleaner personally carries out each agreed visit. We confirm scope, travel and timing before committing to your preferred arrival.

Rooms are a starting point.

For a home, bathroom count, levels, surface condition and your priorities help us suggest time. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home starts with a 3-hour starting suggestion for routine upkeep by one cleaner. This is guidance rather than a promise to complete every task.

If you choose fewer hours, we can discuss a focused list such as bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. Bed-making and fresh-linen changes are included with our compliments within those hours. Compare home-cleaning time suggestions.

For a smaller workplace.

For an office, church or community space, describe the rooms in use, floors, washrooms and shared kitchen facilities. A compact office may start with a 2–3-hour discussion; several rooms or community premises can need more time. We assess suitability and price individually, and cannot provide a multi-cleaner team.

Set up a workable visit.

Tell us about levels, parking, building access and any surfaces requiring particular care. Arrival requests run Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm. A visit may finish later. Ask about your Hawthorn cleaning requirements before choosing a time if the scope is uncertain.

Before we visit.

Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop dedicated to your space. We bring the other cleaning tools and agree any product requirements with you. Prices and timing are confirmed before booking.
