Enquiry, then confirmation
Choosing a preferred date is a request. Scope, timing, price and expected duration must be agreed before a booking is confirmed. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment.
Estimates
Prices shown are estimates, subject to confirmation. Regular home visits are $60 per hour for the first 2 hours and $55 per hour for each additional hour. This applies to weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits, including your first visit. One-off home visits are $70 per hour. The minimum visit is 2 hours. All hours are for one cleaner. A regular 2-hour visit is $120; 3 hours is $175; 4 hours is $230. A one-off 2-hour visit is $140. Small commercial cleaning uses an initial guide of $60 per hour, starting at $120 for 2 hours with one cleaner. Scope, hours and final price are agreed individually. Bedrooms and bathrooms guide a time suggestion and do not add separate fees. Selected priorities use time within the chosen hours. Larger spaces and unusual scope need individual review. No online payment is collected.
Regular visits
Regular home-cleaning prices apply from your first visit. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits use the same rate structure. Future recurring times are confirmed individually; choosing a frequency does not automatically reserve later visits. Monthly and one-off visits use the standard rate. Recurring visits must be arranged individually.
Equipment and products
Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop. We bring other cleaning tools. Product requirements, preferences and surface suitability are agreed before the visit.
Service scope
We offer home cleaning with agreed extras, and individually quoted cleaning for small commercial spaces. Deep cleaning is not offered. We do not offer end-of-lease bond guarantees, steam cleaning, professional carpet extraction, work at height or specialist services.
Payment and arrival times
Confirmed visits are paid on the day, after the clean. There are no surcharges or extra fees. Any requested change in hours or scope is agreed and re-estimated before proceeding. No card details are requested. You may request a Monday–Friday arrival between 7 am and 3 pm; visits may finish later depending on their agreed hours. Use the private link in your confirmation email to cancel at least 24 hours before your visit. With less notice, we review cancellation requests personally. You can request a new time through the same link; your original booking remains in place until we confirm the change. No additional cancellation or rescheduling fee is charged.
