Cleaning requests
We collect the contact details, service address, cleaning requirements and preferred date or time you submit so we can assess your request and contact you about a visit. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.
Messages and introductions
Our contact form, message panel and Work with us form collect the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry or interest in future opportunities. Please do not send door or alarm codes, financial details, medical information, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Email delivery
Contact messages, messages from the help panel and Work with us introductions are sent through our website and Google Apps Script to alquimia.cleaningservice@gmail.com. Google processes the details needed to deliver the email. We receive messages in our business email account and keep correspondence while it is needed to respond to your enquiry or manage the resulting service or conversation.
To help prevent repeated submissions and abuse, our system keeps temporary technical references and sending counts. These references do not contain your message text, name or email address. Contact messages and introductions do not create a booking or a calendar event.
Booking requests go directly through our website to a private Google Sheet, managed by Google Apps Script. After we approve a request, our Google Apps Script adds an event to our private Calendar and emails you a confirmation, invitation and private link to manage your visit. The event includes the service address, appointment time, guest email and agreed price. Neither the Sheet nor the Calendar is public.
Your browser choices
Browser storage remembers your privacy choice. Session storage remembers whether you dismissed the help greeting. Form entries are not saved to browser storage. Marketing tracking is currently off. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Hosting
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the website and may retain operational or security logs.
