One-off home visits are $70 per hour. The minimum visit is 2 hours. All hours are for one cleaner. A regular 2-hour visit is $120; 3 hours is $175; 4 hours is $230. A one-off 2-hour visit is $140. It depends on bathrooms, bedrooms, condition and priorities. As a starting point, start with 2 hours for a studio or one-bedroom, one-bathroom home, or a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home with one cleaner. Yes. Choose two hours or more, in whole-hour steps. If your home needs more time than you select, we’ll suggest a longer visit. You can keep a shorter visit and agree a focused list of priorities.

No surcharges or extra fees. Your estimate is based on the agreed hours and scope. If you ask for more time or a different scope, we discuss and agree a revised price before proceeding. There is no online payment.

Pay on the day, after the clean. We agree the price beforehand. We do not ask for card or bank-account details in the website forms.

Yes. Bed-making and linen changes are included with our compliments as part of your agreed home-cleaning visit. Simply leave fresh linen ready for us. These tasks use time within your chosen hours; laundry and linen supply are not included.

Yes, please provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop. Keeping floor-cleaning equipment dedicated to your own space supports hygiene. We bring the other cleaning tools and agree product requirements before visiting.

Yes, let us know your preferences and any surfaces needing particular care. We favour reusable tools where practical and agree suitable products with you. We do not promise that every product used will be eco-certified.

Fridge interiors and empty kitchen cupboards can be agreed as priorities within your selected hours, with no separate task fee in our hourly guide. Accessible interior windows can also be discussed. We’ll explain what can reasonably fit in the time.

No. We do not offer oven interiors, deep cleaning, end-of-lease bond cleans or deposit-return guarantees. Steam cleaning, professional carpet extraction, work at height and specialist work are outside our service.

Yes. We welcome enquiries for small offices, churches and community spaces in our service area. Scope can include accessible surfaces, floors, shared kitchens and washrooms. Suitability, hours and final price are agreed individually. Explore small commercial cleaning.

Our budgeting guide starts at $120 for two hours with one cleaner, using $60 per hour. This is an initial guide rather than a fixed quote for every workplace. Size, washrooms, condition and access affect the scope and time we agree.

Visits are personally delivered by one cleaner. Our current arrival window is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm; a visit may finish later depending on the agreed hours. We do not offer weekend starts or a multi-cleaner team.

No. Available arrivals are checked against confirmed visits and travel time, but choosing one is a request. We review your cleaning scope, price and timing before approving the visit. Your confirmation email includes a Calendar invitation and a private link to manage your booking.

The estimate starts with your space and cleaning needs. Address details come at the contact stage so we can check the location and plan access before confirming. Do not include door or alarm codes.

Use the private link in your confirmation email. You can cancel at least 24 hours before the start; with less notice, we review the request and the original visit remains confirmed until you hear from us. A change of time is always reviewed before approval, and your original slot stays held until a new time is confirmed. No additional cancellation or rescheduling fee is charged.

Request a Monday-to-Friday arrival from 7 am to 3 pm, in Melbourne time. A visit can finish later depending on the agreed hours. Weekends are not offered. Availability depends on existing appointments and travel time.
