All times are for one cleaner. A 3-hour visit means one person cleaning for 3 hours.
These are starting suggestions for routine upkeep, not a promise that every task will fit. We agree your priorities, hours and price before confirming.

Room sizes, floor area and condition matter. For 5+ bedrooms, more than two levels or extensive build-up, discuss the scope with us first. Deep cleaning is not part of our service.
A little clarity for work.

| Compact office · a few work areas, one washroom and kitchenette | 2–3 hours |

| Several workrooms · more shared surfaces and facilities | 3–4 hours |

Workplaces vary widely. Tell us about shared rooms, washrooms, floor area and access. These examples do not promise a whole office, church or hall can be completed in that time.
When can we visit?
You can request a weekday arrival from 7 am to 3 pm. The last start is 3 pm; your visit may finish later depending on the hours agreed. Weekend visits are not offered.
What can need more time?
- An extra full bathroom often needs around 30–60 minutes; a separate toilet around 15–30 minutes.
- Stairs, larger rooms, a first visit and surface build-up can extend the plan.
- Fridge, empty cupboard and accessible window interiors take time within your visit. We can help prioritise them or discuss more hours.
- Bed-making and changing linen left clean and ready have no separate task fee. Please allow time for them within your visit.
A shorter visit can still work.
Choose the hours that suit your budget and tell us what matters most. If your choice is below our whole-space suggestion, we’ll plan a focused clean rather than promise every room and task.
For example, a 2-hour visit to a larger home might focus on bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, with other areas considered for a later visit. We’ll agree what is practical together.
Clear hours. Clear price.
Regular home visits are $60 per hour for the first 2 hours and $55 per hour for each additional hour. This applies to weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits, including your first visit. One-off home visits are $70 per hour. The minimum visit is 2 hours. All hours are for one cleaner. A regular 2-hour visit is $120; 3 hours is $175; 4 hours is $230. A one-off 2-hour visit is $140.
Small commercial cleaning uses an initial guide of $60 per hour, starting at $120 for 2 hours with one cleaner. Scope, hours and final price are agreed individually. You can request 2–6 hours in one-hour steps, or ask us to discuss a longer visit. Bedrooms and bathrooms guide time; they are not added as separate charges.
Selected priorities use time within your chosen hours, with no separate task fee. We agree what can fit before confirming. The regular home-visit rates apply from your first clean.
Pay on the day, after your clean. No surcharges or extra fees. No card details are needed. If you request more time or a different scope, we agree the revised hours and estimate first.
