A room count helps with the estimate, but surface condition and the tasks you choose also affect what can fit.

For example, a visit focused on bathrooms and kitchen surfaces leaves a different amount of time for floors, dusting and linen changes than a whole-home list. Bed-making and changing fresh linen left ready are included with our compliments, within the agreed hours. Know the hours and price.

Regular home visits are $60 per hour for the first 2 hours and $55 per hour for each additional hour. This applies to weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits, including your first visit. One-off home visits are $70 per hour. The minimum visit is 2 hours. All hours are for one cleaner. A regular 2-hour visit is $120; 3 hours is $175; 4 hours is $230. A one-off 2-hour visit is $140. You can select 2-6 whole hours online or contact us to discuss a longer visit. We agree the scope and total before confirming; an estimate does not guarantee that every requested task will fit.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly home visits use the same regular rate structure. One-off cleaning uses the one-off hourly rate. Pay on the day, after your clean. Read the pricing and booking details or compare what changes cleaning time and price.

Make arrival straightforward.

When you request a Kooyong visit, include any relevant parking, lift, stair or building-access arrangements so we can plan the time sensibly. Please keep door and alarm codes out of the online form; sensitive access details can be discussed privately later. Tell us about delicate surfaces or preferred products before we agree the scope.

Weekday arrival requests run from 7 am to 4 pm. The clean may finish later, depending on the hours agreed. If you are unsure of the date, we can discuss available dates and arrival preferences directly rather than treating a selected time as a confirmed slot.

Cleaning for a Kooyong workplace.

For an office or another workplace, describe the rooms in use, washrooms, shared kitchen facilities and floors. Commercial visits are individually scoped and quoted, using the existing $60/hour budgeting guide rather than the residential rate tiers. We assess whether the work suits one cleaner; a larger site does not automatically mean an agreed multi-cleaner service.

Can I request regular or one-off cleaning in Kooyong?

Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off home cleaning. Each visit is subject to our review of the scope, travel and availability. Selecting a recurring preference does not automatically reserve future appointments.

How much time should I allow for fridge, cupboard or oven cleaning?

Allow about 30 minutes for an empty fridge interior, 60 minutes for empty kitchen cupboards and 60 minutes for a standard domestic oven. The recommendation rounds up to whole hours. Additional hours you choose use your applicable hourly rate, without a separate fixed extra fee. Larger, double or heavily soiled ovens need individual assessment.

Can I ask about deep cleaning or an uncertain date?

For deep cleaning, contact us directly for a case-by-case assessment; it is not an instant-bookable package. For routine cleaning when dates are undecided, choose to arrange a date and time directly and select Morning, Afternoon or No preference. A request is not a confirmed appointment. End-of-lease cleaning is outside our service.

Before we visit.

For hygiene, please provide a working vacuum cleaner and mop that stay dedicated to your space rather than being shared between properties. We bring the other cleaning tools and agree any product requirements with you. Prices and timing are confirmed before booking.
